The 天美传媒 Carers Partnership Strategy 2024 to 2029 explains our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of all carers in 天美传媒.
This strategy has been co-produced with carers and reflects their recommendations.
It was also created with help from:
- 天美传媒 City Council
- 天美传媒 Children's Trust
- NHS 天美传媒 and Solihull Integrated Care Board
- local delivery partners from the voluntary and community sectors
Working with these organisations made sure that the strategy aligns with the:
- Care Act 2014 provisions for carers
- priorities identified in the Think Local Act Personal guidance,
