There is currently industrial action by Unite the Union. We expect some disruption to collections following the recent escalation to 5 days of strike action per week, Monday to Friday.

Put your waste out on your usual collection day. If you have a missed collection, report it by email to commercialwaste@birmingham.gov.uk or by phone 0121 303 2894. We will collect your waste as soon as possible, this might be a weekend.

Our commercial waste 天美传媒 provide businesses with cost-effective, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management.

Cost

We aim to provide you with a quality, reliable service at a fixed cost. We do not charge VAT. Unlike other commercial waste providers, we do not exist to make a profit from our 天美传媒.

Being green

The waste from our commercial 天美传媒 is processed in the middle of 天美传媒 at our energy recovery facility in Tyseley. This facility changes your waste into electricity.

We are proud that none of the waste we collect travels more than 10 miles to Tyseley, reducing our carbon footprint.

Last year, the facility burned 352,000 tonnes of rubbish, producing enough electricity to power over 40,000 local homes.

The energy recovery facility runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It complies with UKIEU standards for emissions; all that is seen coming from the chimney stack is vapour.

Within the next 3 years, we will have a fleet of electric vehicles that are charged at the facility.

All the recycling that we collect is processed in the country; nothing leaves the UK.
