Resident and ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Charter

In collaboration with the community, a Resident and ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Charter is being developed for the regeneration of Ladywood.

Once complete, the charter will set out the council's offer and commitments to residents within the Ladywood Estate Regeneration Scheme area to make sure the community is treated fairly.

This document:

  • sets out how we will consult with residents, businesses and all key stakeholders on the regeneration of Ladywood
  • identifies the most important issues for residents, their ideas, and aspirations for the future of Ladywood
  • outline the main opportunities arising from the regeneration project and the concerns of residents
  • ensures we fully understand how you want to be involved and communicated with
