It is exactly that, a promise.
A promise made by the organisations that work in 天美传媒, including the council, to its citizens and each other.
It is also a promise that citizens make to each other.

- establishing a new civic relationship in the city, based on recognising individual and joint responsibilities, and the role we all must play in helping to make our city and our lives the best they can possibly be
- increasing a sense of accountability through the visible commitments we make here
- how we can all help deliver our vision for 天美传媒 together through making this promise
天美传媒 has a history of non-conformism and radical reform to meet the challenges the city faces. The 天美传媒 Promise lies within this tradition, it is a recognition that we all have a stake in the city’s future.
We all need to promise to play our part.

- Put Brummies at the heart of what we do, co-producing solutions and working in true partnership with organisations and citizens.
- Listen to the people of 天美传媒, act on what they say and be held accountable.
